Hello everyone, and welcome back to this week’s report! Steady fishing in some nice weather this week, but it looks like the winds are gonna pick up for the weekend. Nothing terribly crazy, just 15-29 out of the east, but will make life a bit difficult for you smaller boaters. There’s been a little bit of everything biting this week, but nothing out of control I wouldn’t say. A few swords out on the ledge, some Mahi Still moving around offshore, and some really nice Tunas on the humps. Tunas have had their moments as the sharks have been really bad, but if you stick it out with a good angler or two you can get dinner. The feather tunas haven’t been getting eaten as bad, but if you are live baiting watch out! The wrecks and reef have been on the slow side this week as the current, or lack thereof, has been pretty slow. The tides from the moon have made for better conditions on the incoming, but that’s obviously not an all day type of thing. A few fish here and there has been about it inside, but if you time the Yellowtails right with the tide it should be decent. I’m hoping this wind sparks things up, so keep your fingers crossed. That’s it for this week, but check back next week and we will see what happened, and I’ll give you my thoughts for the weekend ahead! Be safe everyone!
