Hello everyone, and welcome back to this week’s report! This report come to you on a Wednesday as the cold front is just moving in. The weather is changing drastically, but this should blow through and from here on out should be the true beginning of our winter season. The fishing this week thus far has been pretty solid. The Swordfish report from the ledge was minimal this week with all the wind, but the offshore report for Mahi fishing is still decent. I can bet you that this will be a different story once this front comes through…at least where the weekend is concerned. The humps are still producing Tunas, and it appears more and more AJ’s are showing up each day. The wreck and deep live bottom have been pretty solid all week, as the Muttons and Groupers have been chewing pretty good. The King Mackerel have been loading up in these areas as well, so this should be good over the weekend as this front will really get these guys moving around. The shallow reef and patches are holding Yellowtail Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Mutton Snapper, Groupers, and some nice Cero Mackerel in the slick. Some nice Kings in the shallows as well, so I would definitely put this on your list of places to go over the weekend. Well, that is it for this week! Stay tuned for next week’s report as it should be a good one after this cold front! Be safe everyone, and hope to see you all soon!
