Hello everyone, and welcome back to this week’s report! What a week we have had this week here is beautiful Islamorada. The weather has been horrible all week, but thank god it is finally returning to normal! The rain…oh the rain…I wondered if it would ever stop? Well…today….It finally did! It was crazy as coming into today I hadn’t seen the sun for nearly a week and I can’t help but wonder how the people in Alaska go for so long without any sun? I don’t know about you, but I gotta have my sunshine and can’t be stuck in all the elements. Anyway, the fishing has been pretty good all week, and there have been some really nice fish caught. A little bit of everything at that with Sails, Kings, Wahoo, Tunas, and Mahi on the offshore scent and Snappers and Groupers in on the wrecks and reef. Not a lot has changed over the past couple weeks, but it appears that we are going to get another “cool front” starting tonight, so this should make the offshore fishing even better, and it will definitely get the shrimp running out of the bay with the cooler water temps and North Wind. In turn, the shallow reefs and patches should be on fire! Let me know if you need anything or would like to book a trip! You know where to find me!
